Yellow Sapphire / Pukhraj

Yellow Sapphire, as the name suggests, is a yellow colored gemstone from the Corundum mineral family. Commonly known as Pukhraj or Pushparagam, it is the beautiful gemstone of the planet Jupiter (Brihaspati). According to Vedic Astrology, Brihaspati was a renowned sage who counseled the gods.
